In 2013 a yearlong celebration was held for the 75th anniversary of the founding of the department. A parade is held on June 22 and a banquet dinner on Nov. 2, at A Villa Louisa in Bolton.
Andover Volunteer Fire Department's 75th Anniversary
We'll be 75 years old this year and we're celebrating with a Parade and a gathering at the Ball Fields afterwards with food and music. The parade route and will start, where else, but at the firehouse at 11 School Rd and will turn right, down Route 316 (Hebron Rd) to Route 6. From there it will turn left to Long Hill Rd. and end at the ball fields.
